Misleading resolve after fully refund and return postage charges for customer

Hi, we are eBay sellers since Sept 2005 with nearly all the time 100% Buyers satisfaction... We always, if needed contacting buyers for solving any problems.

A year ago we had a Canadian Woman ordering 5 Item in different sizes for herself and her daughter. We advised the buyer if item don't fit, there is no return on secondhand item.

Order was sent to buyers daughters address ( part of listed address in eBay and Paypal). Out of this order daughter kept 1 item, and forwarded the other 4 items to her mother hundreds of kilometer away. Daughter used complete different packaging, what is against eBay policy, as is should also protect the seller, as we don't know how it was sent. apparently there were moister marks on the winter Lambskin Coats. The item we sent out were in top quality as pictured in our listings.

eBay forced us to accept return of three item, as customer (mother) kept also one item for herself. we forwarded over $500 dollars over PP to customer and after we received the returned item,  PP refunded customer in fully. The returned item were in terrible condition, as the whole procedure from our shipment sending til we received return parcel, it past month. Those items were not re-sellable and all up a big financial lost.

Because customer didn't informed eBay Canada that all problems had been solved and refunded, we have a Sellers Performance rate of BELOW STANDARD'.

After 15 years from Above Performance down to Below Performance, with the possibility that our store might be closed in the next days, as we still have '3 Unsolved Item'.

Is there any chance that somebody can advice us what to do, as we sellers have no rights within eBay.

Kind regards, Lauren

Amentment:

over $500 paid by paypal was meant for return postage, and buyers refund on item was nearly $3000...

returned item were no longer re-sellable as mould marks were all over...

Daughter used different package to forward parcel to mother.... (against Buyers protection) as item must be delivered in original packaging...
