How can this be so, if todays date is the 16th September 2021.
Also I did not receive notification that a customer sent me a message regarding an order
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
If so what why did this happen and what should i do to ensure that I DO receive notifications from customers? And the date screw up, what's the deal with that?
I am trying to do the best for my customers and not receiving notifications and not addressing them immediately is NOT professional

No idea about the date, but Ebay tracking is not always the best way to see where the item is - best to click on the tracking number and go to the Aus Post website. Sometimes I have taken a screen shot from the Aus Post website and sent it to the customer.
Besides seeing my orders in my Ebay hub, I also have them sent to my email address.
What is the customer querying about?

The customer was querying the size of the product that she received.
