Missing Listings

Hello,

I was selling 369 items on ebay, I watched a couple of Youtube videos and then came back to ebay to I find I am now selling 365 items.  No sales, no messages, no trace of the four absconders.  Anyone else?

Sorry, numbers are: was 379 now 375. 

I only sell low value items on Ebay so I'm not concerned, just curious.

I'm in NSW not far from Sydney and see 361 items listed

I'm seeing 360, and nothing in completed listings that wasn't a sale, the most recent being on the 13th though.  Try going to the seller hub, and then under listings, go to unsold and not relisted items, then change from the default status to show all. (This link may or may not be a shortcut ) . That shows all ended listings within the last 90 days. 

ebay has been known to end "stale" listings in the past (which can essentially be described as 1 year+ old listings with no sales history), I've never had it happen (AFAIK anyway lol), and it's been a few years since they started talking about doing that so I don't know if it's even still a thing, nor whether that would be applicable to your listings, either.

It went down (from 379) to 372,  then after getting onto ebay chat it came up to 373 and was stable (no longer dropping) . I got an email later (not the chat transcript) and it came up to 374. I've since added an item so I'm at 375 listings. In the email it was clear the problem was understood but offered no explination.

It's interesting to know while I am seeing all my listings, when it was at 372, potential customers were seeing 360. Add in the two recovered and one new listing brings it up to the 363.  So 12 listings aren't showing.  

Thank you for the feedback. I'll move onto the invisible listings issue and compare what's showing when I'm logged in to what's showing when I'm not. I doubt there'd be any point getting back to ebay chat without the item numbers.

am still seeing 363....do you have any Multiple listings?

I have one multiple listing. I have two of the same item for sale. When I'm logged in and click on the store icon I also get 'all 363 items'. I haven't followed it up as I'm busy elsewhere and I'm happy enough with recent ebay sales.
