Buyer not responding to my messages

I sold an item over a week ago for pick up and the buyer is not responding to any of my messages.

What do I do here? 

Do I treat the buyer as a time waster and repost my item?

Will I get charged by Ebay?

you can cancel after 4 days, stating 'payment not received'......then it takes you to 'relist now'.....you will not be charged the initial selling fee....put buyer on your BBL

If the 'buyer' has paid cancel using 'problem with buyer's address'. You will be refunded all fees and can then relist. Don't forget to block them.
