Address on printed ebay label was incorreect - it was my old address

I just sold an item and selected ebay generate a package label. the Generated label had my old address on which is no-longer recored anywhere within ebay that I can access.

How can this be remedied?

I am not sure what area of eBay it could be in that you cannot access?

You should be able to access everything in your own profile when you are logged in

Could you elaborate?

Are you using the app or the real site?

Did you not update the address at the time you moved?

It was actually the Dispatch address that ebay printed on my label and not my Postage or Return address - so illogical - and a prompt to verify if the address was correct prior to generation woul dhave been good too...

Not sure where or why eBay would have gotten a dispatch address under 'usual' circumstances

Unless a seller was drop shipping or had a third party involved

Strange,  my return address is now blank, with those details now under the dispatch address, which was previously blank, don't know how long ago it changed.

In any event, can still edit or add another address.
