Multiple shops on the eBay app?

Does the eBay app support multiple shops yet?  If so, how do I set that up please?

I don't know if it's different for stores, but for my non stores, I have to log out of one account and log in to another if I want to use a different account. Most of the time I leave it on one account because I can't be bothered changing it.
