Guess it had to happen.....but why oh why do buyers not contact a seller to resolve a problem?....just go straight to the dreaded red dot....my perfect score all ruined:-(

I agree with Jen, you need to explain to this buyer how the revision works. They obviously think the follow up is the revision.

Cheers Jen and Bad, I hadn't even noticed the reply. I messaged them to see if they would be okay with it, but didn't hear back, so have sent revision request just now.

Follow that up with a personal email explaining the process. They seem like they may need the extra explanation.

Just wondering what a word scrubber is?
For those that go back a long way should I mention the word trollop? ]:)

PJ if they are old enough to know the word trollop, they will know the word scrubber!

HAHAHAHA I was having a dumb moment 😉
I read she was using a "word scrubber" and thought it must have been some kind of programme that could turn nasty phrases into feedback that would not be deleted....
Don't be too hash with the comments..... We all have these brain farts from time to time

I feel your pain greencat. I also wasn't contacted 1st and feel a bit rough for that.
I was going to let it slide and hope that people would notice from the listing title I'm not selling that item anymore, but after reading the advice from everyone on this thread and mine I've decided to ask if they would consider revising the feedback.
Fingers crossed I spose

Woohoo greencat! I'm thrilled for you - nicely handled from start to finish 😄
