My account has been restricted implicated with ridiculous reason

THEICONICLOUNG, 98.5% positive and top seller account has been restricted implicated because my mum set up her own account LIAMXSUN with similar information.

Within last three weeks, I keep sending all document as they request and communicating in regards to revise any fault, but finally they sent me a indefinite restriction of LIAMXSUN. And my THEICONICLOUNGE has been implicated be restricted from selling.

I started my eBay business by suppyling rare luxury counter/VIP gifts from last March as a part time. I v paid thounds to eBay and I earned every positive feedback with honest. Now be abandoned just because my mum is not familiar with eBay rules. 

Besides of restrictions, payment of two brand new unwanted items sold ( positive feedback received after) has been locked up that she could not withdraw from Paypal. Ridiculous!

Within this process there is no one do reply the certain reason or show any evidence. Any with the issue they do not supply any solution other than kicking me arround. 

Who would actually look after this account?

Who should i talk to in order to release from implicated restriction? 

Should someone treat this issue and these two accounts as a matter?

Where i should complain?

Upper level and shareholders should be aware  the front line staffs are harmful to their profit since they treat clients irresponsible.!

Try ringing Paypal customer service, you may be suprised, more helpfulthan i would have expected

Is it possible that you've both been shut down due to selling products on eBay that you're not meant to sell? You're not supposed to sell Chanel stuff unless you are an authorised dealer. If you're not, you're seen to be selling fakes (even if you know they are not). 

Your mum had Coach stuff listed, which is also a big no no. They are both members of eBay's VERO program.

It's possible the restriction on your account could end up being permanent. Whatever the reason for the restriction, your defect rate probably hasn't helped matters either (not having a go, just an observation).

My advice, move out of home and create a new account!

Are you 100% certain this is the reason? I only ask because eBay allows multiple accounts with the same information, and they don't usually* flag unassociated accounts with same / similar info unless there is another issue at play. For example, if my account was restricted for selling fakes, then all my accounts would be restricted from selling. And if I had a house mate or family member with similar account information and/or same IP address to me, then their eBay accounts would likely be affected as well. 

*And by don't usually, I mean that sometimes their reasoning can be illogical, so it wouldn't surprise me if an account was restricted for an unknown or spurious reason.
