My account is suspensed by Ebay anything solutions ?

I am selling OEM Iphone parts on ebay, one of my products (Iphone 4s back cover -the one with logo) was removed by ebay 3 times, this time, they suspense my account for 30 days.

I don`t understand why they remove my listing, because in the advertise picture, I have covered the logo, and in the descritpion , I said very clearly, its OEM for Iphone 4s.

And there are thousands ebay sellers they are selling same thing, I am not sure why ebay do this and is there way to argue ??

ebay dont do it alone, they delete items on the instruction of the © holder. read their VERO program

you are not permitted to sell OEM items, and the ©holder has warned ebay about you.

just sit out the 30 day suspension and find another product to sell that IS allowed on ebay aus

You are breaking the law unless you have an authorised reseller agreement with Apple (which I highly doubt).
