My buyer says - he has problems paying me as my ad said pick up only it does not allow him to pay???

Why is my buyer having problems paying me?

Can i change the "pick up only" after i have sold the item?

Is this setting the reason why the payment option doesnt work?

Send a new invoice and add the postage cost and send.

Do not click on recalculate.

Then all the buyer needs to do is click on pay now and the payment should work if your paypal details are correct.

Have you checked the paypal details are correct with no typos?

If the original sale and order showed pick up only and you are charging the buyer an additional post charge to send it to them, then you need to send the buyer an invoice with post service and cost added.

If you go to your sold items and for that sale select send invoice when the invoice appears you need to select the post service via the pull down menu towards the bottom of the invoice on the right.

Then you will need to put in the post charge..

Do not press recalculate, this reverts the invoice back to its original details.

Press preview payment information before sending, to double check all is ok, and then when it goes to the next screen to show you the invoice that will be sent, if all is as it should be press send payment information, and an invoice will be sent to the buyer, and the accurate payment total will be saved in eBay for that sale.
