Which is safer for OS delivery : registered post or Pack & Track?

I'm going to list a few things that might appeal to overseas buyers, and have recieved different opinions on the boards and from the post office staff regarding which is the safest method of sending.

In the event of a missing overseas parcel or chargeback attempt, which is the best way to protect oneself as a seller?

you'll need to read the Aust Post fine print, Registered post is not available on all items and certainly not available to all countries w-wide

Registered Post is Available to more countries Than Pack & Track ,

I believe that Registered Post also requires signature on delivery however Online Tracking for registered post is more difficult ,

I use Track & Pack over Registered when available to that country for the simple reason that I can track it on Aus Post & it is easier for Paypal / Ebay etc to see that it has been sent .

They both cost the same & I think they are both pretty good
