My chaching sound isn't working....anyone else?

Normally when I get a sale, I get a cha ching sound on my phone, but for the last couple of days there has been no sound, even though there have been sales.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Yep....and my hearing isn't that bad....yet.

I've had that happen in the past. Logging out and logging back in sometimes helps. If not, try upgrading to the latest version if you haven't already. The other thing I've tried that's worked is going into the settings and unticking and reticking the boxes. If all else fails and you can't get the cha ching back, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Yeah this happens to us as well.

Can't put my finger on a fix. It just seems to come and go by itself.

I find turning my mobile off and back on, usually fixes this glitch.
