My dashboard shows a wrong defect rate for 2 months. Contact ebay and was promised to fix as soon as possible. I lost my premium benefits. It had been 3 weeks since I reported it, ebay still has not fix the problem. This error has made impact on my sale and if this continue. I will also lose my sale for Christmas.
