My drop down menu wont drop down to allow me to go into my items sold

I have been having dramas with the drop down box in my items sold. If I wish to contact buyer I am finding a lot of the time the drop down box won't open when I click on the little arrow. It does not happen all the time though? Very strange. Anyone else having the same dramas. If I close ebay down and reopen it works but I can't keep doing that all day long.

Never had that problem but sounds as if it may be a browser issue, if you are using IE change to Firefox or Chrome as they are more ebay friendly.

Rather than closing your computer down have you tried clearing cookies and cache?

Hi Thanks for reply Hate Firefox but I use Google Chrome. I have printed out how to clear cookies etc so will try and do that. I am guessing that you have hit the nail on the head but thought I would ask. Thanks again.:

Same here. Driving me crazy. And it works on the US site perfectly but not of course and as usual.........in ebay AU
