Not if you use your real name and address etc as required for a company registration.

They are quite brutal and unreasonable in suspensions, not matter what you do.

Once you are out you are out for good.

With all the paperwork you have I am surprised that it got this far.

You could try another platform, Facebook is going pretty well, Amazon also, I wouldn't risk trying eBay unless you can get them to agree to give you another go

Amazon is a nightmare and a minefield at the best of times as a seller. I've been on the boards there for a while and there are hundreds of seller complaints about being suspended, even if they have the correct paperwork from the manufacturer, their accounts are often locked for months. Amazon customer service is probably worse then Ebay's and almost imposible to get hold of anyone intelligent.

Sorry OP - give Amazon a miss, jellybird would know a lot more than me, I have never sold with them.

I'm confused.

In Australia, it's legal to resell legitmately bought products. Trying to prevent anyone doing so is considered anti-competitive behaviour under Australian Consumer Law.

I have a family member with a copyrighted product, and people were re-selling it, and there was nothing he was able to do about it due to this law.

OP, were you either presenting yourself as the company whose products you were reselling, and/or selling overseas?

If you weren't doing either of those things, I'd imagine you'd have grounds to have that decision overturned (with a lot of persistence).

ETA: Never mind, I just read that you are a registered representative, so I'm guessing you were presenting yourself as a representative of that company and therein lies the problem (although it sounds like you are authorised to do that, so you could still pursue it)

No, you can resell an item, but you can not claim it as your brand or offer warranty, or sell an entire range of the branded product without registering as a reseller. Nothing to do with anti competitive behaviour, if someone owns a patent, it's their's, try listing a range of af Apple products and see where it gets you

Was the product registered to him? Patented by him ? Or was it intellectual property ? There are many laws around many area's, so you can't claim one law fit's all I'm afraid.

Don't twist it - I didn't say you could claim it as your brand or offer warranty - you need to be an authorised licensee to do those things.

You can, however, legally import original/genuine goods and resell them under Australian law, even if there is an Australian copyright holder. It's called parallel importing and it is legal - I won't offer links because I don't know if I'm allowed to, but look up parallel imports and s122A of the trademark act for details.

I have been in the import game for over 20 years, so yes, I now all about parallel importing, and if you mentioned that in your post I would have known what you meant.

However, none of that is relevant to the OP question, nor does it help him in anyway

The way you are being rude for absolutely no reason.

I can't see the attachment as it was removed by the time I got here, so I was just going by what was written in the thread.

Had you read ALL of my previous post instead of taking things out of context, there would've been no confusion. "Duh", indeed.

Here is my reply to the OP

The only thing I can think of is that you were selling 'Branded' items and the registered supplier of the brand in Australia has complained about it to eBay.

You can sell on behalf of another company, but only if you apply to become a registered representative of the company that owns the registered name and product line.

If you were purchasing from China and getting it re-branded to sell here, that is illegal.
