Hi, I have an unpaid item. my settings were supposedly automatic. I checked my resoultion account and it is empty and asking me to start a case, when I enter the item number it asks for another number, even though I copied and pasted it so it can't be invalid. I am just being sent around in circles, I the tried to contact ebay and the automated response is that they don't deal in these queries. I would let it drop but for $9.00 in fees why should I. Any hints out there? thanks in advance.
