My ebay suddenly won't let me save a draft & my existing drafts are gone!

What is going on!? This has never happened before.

Earlier this afternoon I got 14 draft listings ready and all I had to do was add the photos and list them. Now they are all gone, 4 hours later.

I tried to list a new item and save it, just to see what happened, and nothing is there. No drafts.

Is this happening to anyone else?

The draft section seems to be having problems today.

Try again tomorrow.

Ahh yes indeed. I can actually access them via the manage my store area, just not the app, so that's a relief! Thank you!

stop relying on drafts.

Next time, just schedule the listing to start in a month’s time.  Then, when you have all the pics you need you add them to the scheduled listings by revising the listing.  Once they are good to go you can revise the scheduled listing start date/time to at a more convenient time of your choosing.

By scheduling a month away you allow for eBay glitches until you can revise and add the pics.

It might have been mentioned a few thousand times before, but I will mention it again - the app is useless for anything to do with selling.

I do drafts. What I don't do is try to use the app for anything.

Mine are still gone too. You can reach 9 through the ‘Sell’ button at the top of the page on the Classic site though, and I used that to list with tonight.

As you have a store, try using 'inventory'. Top left in seller hub.
