My item is pick up but the buyer wants it sent how do I add postage

And if the buyer hasn't paid for it yet then just click on send invoice and then just add the postage cost where it shows you and type in the amount if you know what it is and then click send

I've tried that but it won't let me add the postage

Did you hit recalculate after adding it? If so do it again and don't. Recalculate just sends it back to the original invoice.
