I have asked, but got no answer on the Answer centre, so can anybody here help with a comment?
I tried the new ebay label printing feature, and got up to the "create label" section.
When I clicked on that button, nothing further happened for five minutes or longer, so I closed the page and started again, with the same result.
I did not progress to the actual label printing page.
However I was debited for two labels, which I was able to cancel.
Has this feature worked for anybody else? or did I miss something.
Regards, John.

I did one label last week just to see how it worked and it printed out fine. I did have a problem with the size (it originally printed as A4! :)) so I had to change the printer settings to get it to the right size.
The label is a pdf file. Maybe check that you have the latest Adobe pdf reader.

Also, check that your PC is setup to Use Adobe Reader when it tries to open a pdf.
In Firefox the setting is in Tools > Options > Applications > PDF

If they still won't print then you may need to call eBay and ask for help.

Hi, thanks to everybody.
Next time I will be talking to an ebay person,
and see if we can go through the whole thing, step by step, and see what happens.
Thanks again
regards, John.

IMO I would just use click & send. No way would I be relying on ebay for printing labels, for one thing goodness knows who you would end up sending your items to on a Friday

My suggestion is to try a different browser if all else fails.
From time to time, I have to do with this click and send too.
