May I suggest that prior to listing an item for sale you read the CURRENT requirements for selling.
It is imperative that you have gone through the MANAGED PAYMENTS process.
MANAGED PAYMENTS - Needs to be attended to. This system is not new by any means.
Failure to do so will find you unable to receive payments for sold items until this is done.
ID & Bank Verification will be required. If this is not done you wont get your money.
Once Ebay notify you that you have been verified, go ahead and list. You will still have funds on hold up to 30 days until you have proven yourself as trustworthy. Every buyer deserves that.
Items need to be sent once Ebay notifies you that payment has been made. The buyer should not be penalized by needing to wait for their item.
These required actions have been in place for good reason. If you are not happy with it - dont try to sell on Ebay.
Coming to the forums to Complain about payments is pointless. Responders to forums are purely other buyers/sellers and are not able to help you get your money. As has been said Ebay do not come to these boards.
