I had a sale.. yes, that's very strange, but that's not the issue..
a clothing item with free postage...
then I get an email asking me to cancel, as when they purchased, and went to pay, they say they were unable to pay , and a message said to contact seller for postage costs.. so she says, she doesnt want it if she has to pay postage..
I looked at the sold item, and under postage & handling, it says, in red, " hazard sign " Posting cost can't be calculated. Please enter a valid postcode.
its from one nsw address to another..
what on earth might be going on..
has anyone else had a similiar issue and know how to fix?
maybe some buyers are seeing that and passing by..
I might log out and see what I can find out
any help will be appreciated.
not sure if it's a one off or a serious problem
thank you

Just had an error happpen to me. I usually print the invoice once it is sent but got an error when I clicked on view Order Details straight after sending the combined invoice. I finally got to the Order details by going to my Sold list. I also noticed that the postage is again showing in US dollars. Hope it shows correctly for the buyer.

I just sent a combined invoice to a buyer, who bought 2 items, both with $8 postage. Instead of charging $16, I charged $8, as you do. I just checked the order details and it's saying $US16 for postage! I checked the invoice that CC'd to my inbox and it says $8 postage, so hopefully all is good!
