NPB cust left neg feedback?

I was under the impression that one a NOP was filed and closed the customer could not leave feedback.  Am i wrong?

cust promised payment several time and nothing.  NPB filed and closed 3 weeks after purchase.  They should not be able to leave feedback.

Can I get this removed..

I thought I knew the answer but wanted clarification anyway.  There is no law against asking for clarification is there?

i replied with this ID as I don't log into the other one very often.

you didn't have to give a reply if you were soooo bored.

i just don't like people being so nasty if they don't need to be.

Cathy - did you by chance delete the sale or archive it once you had closed the dispute?

I just had a look through my extensive list of non payers and what I have noticed is that for the ones I have in the deleted list the option is showing there for the buyer to leave feedback.

For the ones I haven't deleted they have been blocked from leaving feedback.

Out of curiosity I undeleted one and once I did the option for the buyer to leave feedback was blocked again.

No I didn't delete the sale or archive it.  It is still in my sold items.
