Need help regarding past sale that item was not collected

Hi I sold a print, buyer didn't pay and I raised a compliant. He then paid. This was in April. I contacted buyer twice with no reply. I re advertised print recently and now he wants the print. I've sold it off on a face book site. So what is limitation on purchases and failure to collect?

Looking at a few of the OP's listings that state "free postage" it would appear that all his/her listings are pickup only (feedback bears that out).

But nevertheless the original sale should have been finalised a long time ago...............

No worries Stalks, I doubt if the OP's going to come back and give more details on the failed transaction, but it would be helpful if they did.
