Hi All,
Back again, this time as title ^^^^ says:
It's on the back of a brooch from the same estate as the previous enquiry and is in the shape of a wishbone with a pearl at the end. I've tried googling but to no avail.
Again TIA for any help.

From the listing I linked to above (copied and pasted):
Sherbrook, Montreal, Quebec based company, “Keyes Jewellers Mfg Ltd” began producing costume jewelry in 1958 and ceased to exist in the late 1990s. This Company produced handcrafted, high-end costume jewelry with the use of gold and silver plating and metal alloys, rhinestones, crystals, faux pearls and enamel. All pieces of this Canadian jewelry brand are marked “Keyes” in an oval frame. Thanks to the high quality materials used and exquisite designs, Keyes vintage jewelry is considered collectible and are in available in limited qualties. (sic)
So '57 cannot be the year when it was made?

Thank you so much. That makes sense as she was originally from Canada. I thought the second word looked like 'Keyes' too, but wasn't sure.
The first word looks something like STLP or R and from there I have no idea. I'll do some reseaching around keyes. Looks like it wouldn't be worth much anyway. And it answers my question to myself about real or faux pearls, so thank you again 🙂

This looks like it, but it doesn't mention the brand. And it's in much better condition than the one I have.

Yes, it looks similar, but maybe there are also brooches shaped like a wishbone that were not made by Keyes. It is nice though.

It belonged to a lady who would be in her 80s if she was still alive, but I wouldn't be surprised if perhaps this belonged to her mother or grandmother. Either way, I don't think it's worth listing, as it's pretty worn. Thank you for your help; I'm most appreciative. I have several more of her things, so no doubt will be back again with questions about something else! 😁

might the first word be STERLING?

That’s a strong possibility.

Thanks for your input. Much appreciated. I wondered that too, but I don't think there are enough letters. Also, it has come off in places so I think it's probably just silverplate. I assume that sterling doesn't come off / pit? (Sorry to show my ignorance 😁)
