I have a buyer who purchased 3 bulk lot of videos. I live in SA and he lives in melbourne
I have sent him a combined invoice, but he sent me a message saying: hey cannot pay because it says you live in a area the seller dose not post to?
I only post within Australia. Is he trying to dribble crap to avoid paying? I have never even heard of anything like this before

I have now just noticed he has uncombined them and one lot is 'pending payment' through PayPal and the others havent beed paid

It was definately combined because I can see the combined invoice that was sent to him in my email inbox, and I had a peek at my eBay preferences and buyers cannot edit totals so I cannot figure out how he reckons he cannot pay, uncombined them then pay for one
I have asked him when he is gonna pay for the other 2, going by whats happening, I can see 2 unpaid item disputes starting up in a few days

This is a glitch which does come up occasionally. I doubt that the buyer has made it up.
Explain to the buyer that it is an ebay glitch and that you do definitely post to Melbourne.

I've also had this happen to me.
I just resent the invoice and it worked fine the second time.

He's now paid 'Pending Payment' for the second one, means he still owes 99 cents for the last one as postage is all covered for the lot
I have explained that to him. From his reply earlier, I think hes have trouble paying

I had this very problem, I contacted Support and they stepped me through it, by sending them a invoice directly via PayPal to their email address, recieved payment and alls well.
I was told it was a glitch in the system that happens sometimes.
