I recently sold an item of clothing that was BNWT.
The buyer just contacted me and advised that they were not happy with the quality of the item as there appeared to be cracks on the print that was on the front.
I did not notice any cracks/defects when I posted it but offered a full refund including return postage if they sent it back. Now the buyer has gotten back to me saying that they want to keep the item as they cannot find anything like that where they are.
So, what should I do now? I'm not sure what the buyer wants. I bought the item from a reputable store and as I said, did not see any defects.
Some advice please.
Thanks

I wouldn't do anything. They've decided to keep it so the defects can't be that bad! You've offered a full refund including postage - what more can they ask.
Don't stir up a hornet's nest where there may not be one. The buyer has got back to you and said they want to keep it, just leave it at that. If you get any further communication from them, then take it from there.

A pleasure. Come back if you need anything further but otherwise don't presume to know how they're feeling. Sounds like they will tell you if they want something else.
