Negative Feedback For Fun ?

I dont understand , i got a negative feedback the other day for a listing, telling me the item was the wrong size huh, they said it wasnt size 33, but clearly states 33 on the tag, it also mesures 33" waist, they coulnt even bother to contact me, they also refused a refund ?
So what now ?

The only thing you can do is contact eBay to try and get it removed, citing all the evidence you have that the item was as described, inluding the size 33 labeling. Probably a 50-50 shot, but I'd try a couple of times if you're initially refused.
