Negative Feedback change but no DSR change

Hey guys - yesterday I received 2 unjust negative feedback ratings on my eBay account.  however my DSR has not changed at all.  So now my rating from 99.6% has gone to 99.4%.  Just wondering if this will affect my sales or is it primarily focused on DSR's?

My current feedback on the account is question is around 2000.

depends what the rest of your feedback says, but with 2000 FB I doubt it. 99.4% aint too shabby and not a whole lot different to 99.6%

If the negs are unjust, consider if there are grounds to have them removed and maybe think about giving eBay a call to do so.

If the feedback was left recently, the DSR damage may not have hit yet.  The ratings usually lag the comments.

Fingers crossed they haven't rated anything and just left comments.

The DSRs update the next day, so if the NEGs were left yesterday then you are safe. It is the DSRs that matter for ranking in best match, however it is the red dots that potential buyers see. But, unless you are selling expensive items there would be no need for potential buyers to check your feedback before buying.

The only DSR ratings you have to really be concerned about are the lowest ones, only 1 or 2 stars.  More than a couple of those and you can lose your TRS. although that is all changing in the near future (if not already) anyway.

99.4% is actually a number that would cause me concern, anything under 99.5% on a high volume account will. I would however check the feedback, the comments and how the seller responded before deciding to purchase or not.
