Negative Feedback for multiply purchases! OUCH

I have been selling for a few years now and have had a perfect rating until lately. I have only just realised that if you sell multiply items and received negative feedback you get a point for each listing sold in that transaction. Hence if a customer buys 5 items and decides to give you negative feedback then you receive 5 points. But when you received poitive feedback you only get 1 from a customer even if they buy multiply items or purchase more than once within 7 days.


 


Does anyone else think this is wrong of ebay?


 


I'm very frustrated with the feedback system at the moment......

Couldn't agree more with thecatspjs - ebay policies very one sided, think they forget without the Sellers the Buyers dont exist and nor would their profits.


 



 


That is where you are wrong, without buyers sellers don't exist and ebay knows this.


 


Its why so B&M stores fail because they feel they are more important than the customer.


 


And if you think the seller is more important then explain why the place over the rainbow didnt do really well, oh thats right there were very few buyers so the sellers left
