I would like to ask for advice on this one. A buyer left me negative feedback after a month claiming the product was damaged. She didn't contact me at all. I respond by offering her a full refund. She then responded by saying she will remove her negative feedback if I give her the refund which I then did. Now she is still not removing the feedback! Are people really that bad? Seems that way. Any advice?

You should report them to eBay for feedback abuse; if they have (as it appears) done the same thing to other sellers, hopefully they'll be willing to report as well (the more reports, the better) - eBay can and do act on the reports, sometimes removing all negs that the member has left.

Just playing devils advocate here BUT if sellers have OFFERED her refunds then its not feedback extortion & I'm even wondering if it qualifies as feedback abuse under ebay guidelines.
However,IF she has said the exact same thing as she's said to you
I respond by offering her a full refund. She then responded by saying she will remove her negative feedback if I give her the refund which I then did
THEN you need to contact ALL of the sellers & hope they will join forces with you so to speak & email Trust & Safety.Good luck with any asian sellers though as they may not understand or particularly care.

On my BBL too. this is a buyer who ebay should definitely ban and make sure there are no new ID's opened.
Thanks for letting us know! and good luck, hope you get this one removed.

if they look anything like the avatar that topsales has I would run for the hills. On a side note try calling them on the paypal phone number they provided, if it is incorrect then you can get everything removed and it is on paypals head.

I hope I am wrong, but something about this FB giver is very familiar to me. I have a feeling another seller came here few weeks ago, and I have also reported this buyer then, so why is she still doing the same? Maybe it needs few more reports?
