When U register a new ID with eBay & have already linked that account to an already open Paypal account, what happens with Click & Send?
Can U link 2 or more IDs or do U have to go in every time U want to use C&S, & change the ID that's already linked? That's what appears to happen.

You make a second C&S account for the new ID.
Both C&S accounts can use the same paypal account.
(Welcome to my world of logging in then out then in then out...every time you need to buy some labels).

Ambridge you can have two ID's open at the same time in different browsers. I use Firefox for one and IE (or Chrome) for the other - ever so much easier than log in/log out/log in/log out

Thanks all, don't know about what was going on this arvo.
Signed out of this ID & into the new one - listed one item & then couldn't find it - finally found it on this ID, most annoying because I was saving the last 5 free listings for tomorrow.
Strange that, as it had the correct given name on the top, wish they'd put the ID up top instead. Goodness knows which ID will come up on this posting, but it has the old one on the top.
I don't like the new set up for posting new listings, having to click thru all those pages just to get thru the listing - they've fixed something that wasn't broken AGAIN.
Another thing, if U want international shipping, U evidently now have to take the world - I couldn't find any exclusions. I only wanted to ship to Aussie & NZ - no other country.
My C&S won't work in Firefox or IE, just Chrome - don't suppose I will be selling much anyway with the new ID & no feedback.

peridot I think you'll find a new (0) ID cannot sell internationally, which is why you couldn't just select NZ ...
think you need (5) or (10) for that..

Starting from the new set-up of 'sell an item' & all the extra clicks U have to do, I have listed on both IDs - I can list worldwide on both, but there's no exclusion list or anthing other than worldwide.
eBay seems to be making listing more complicated - I found it very easy on my old ID to list something from sell similar, but I can't do that on on the new ID as I had to start from scratch.
As from this last weekend has anyone else started from 'sell an item' to list an item? I'm starting to get RSI from the extra mouse clicks I have to do.
Something that's also missing is 'Additional Checkout Instructions'.
Another thing, there's no 'about ME' on the top of my page with the new ID, does that come later?

Hi guys,
Thanks for your comments, I've submitted feedback to our Click and Send product managers to see if there is a way around the single email log in issues you're having.
If anyone needs help we also have a dedicated Click and Send team that can be contacted on 1300 662 710.
I hope this helps 🙂
Kind regards,
Nicki
