Is anyone else experiencing problems with the awful new invoices?
If it's a single item bought then everything is ok - but, if someone buys (eg) 5 items, only the first item shows on the invoice - total due or paid is correct though - even the guy at customer support couldn't work it out lol

Thanks for the explanation. However, the buyers aren't going to know what they mean, yet they appear on their invoices. And there is no BSB number given. Now I know ebay discourage use of bank tranfers, but I still get the occasional one, which means the buyer is going to have to ask for it to make their deposit. Is this ebay's sneaky way of introcing another reason for a defect?

why is Ebay making it so hard for sellers.? This new invoice is rubbish. These upgrades and changes are supposed to make things easier not harder or ........impossible.
I agree - if it ain't broken -- DON'T FIX IT!

Oh **bleep**!!! these new invoices are a mess. I just had a buyer purchase two items from me, and as I offer combined postage, I went into the order details to change the postage (which automatically came up with the total of the individual postages). I changed the postage cost and then noticed there was no Preview Before Sending button, to check that all was OK. But I sent it off, assuming the postage was correct.
Then when I tried to have a look at the invoice, it came up with an error message. I had to go into Sold items and click on the link there to see it, and was horrified to see the postage was listed in US dollars, and for NOT the amount I had entered. I quickly emailed the buyer and told her not to pay until the glitches had been fixed.
But now I am wondering how I will get the opportunity to resend the invoice with the correct postage amount?

What makes you think Australian banks do not use IBAN? I transfer funds overseas using IBAN with ANZ.

Because when you transfer funds WITHIN AUSTRALIA there is no such thing. I have never seen an IBAN on any invoice.

My buyer has just emailed me to say the correct postage was showing on the invoice she received, so it is just on the seller's copy it is wrong?

I haven't seen the new invoices yet as my last few buyers paid straight away. However I did notice the order details page was different when I was addressing the parcels this morning.
Maybe this is another way for eBay to get sellers into strife with buyers so they will give bad feedback/DSR's and defect them out of business.
My next auction to go off that has bids is Sunday, so I'll have to check out this new invoice stuff. Sounds positively ghastly.
I wonder if those acronyms are showing on invoices due to this postage glich where buyers are seeing "will post to Australia" and not being able to see the postage cost?

When I looked at the invoice just now, the correct postage is showing for the two items (in AU$) BUT there is only one item listed.
May be it will all be correct tomorrow?

Latest thing I have noticed on the new look invoices - there is no date on it anywhere. it used to have the date the buyer paid (if by PP)..
