Is anyone else experiencing problems with the awful new invoices?
If it's a single item bought then everything is ok - but, if someone buys (eg) 5 items, only the first item shows on the invoice - total due or paid is correct though - even the guy at customer support couldn't work it out lol

I just had a buyer buy 6 things, one paid postage and the rest 'free postage', so I clicked on the send invoice button and it looks just how it always did.
I wonder if they're rolling out this new look and it hasn't quite rolled to me yet?
I did notice a change in the transaction details page though.

Nowhere does it specify whether it was an instant payment or not, so it was necessary for me to log in to Paypal to find out. There's nothing about it being safe to send the item either. I'm not prepared to send the item on the basis of that advice, in case it's an e-cheque which ultimately bounces. Losing $5.60 wouldn't kill me but it would it it was $560, for example.
I get payment notifications like that quite frequently, it actually means the buyer doesn't have a PayPal account and they went through checkout as a guest. You'll notice it doesn't mention whether or not the transaction is eligible for seller protection, and the reason why is because it's not. (You could still be able to defend an INR or INAD dispute, and you could opt to fight a chargeback, but you couldn't lose a chargeback dispute and retain the funds even if you had ironclad proof of delivery).
If you look at the top of the full details on the transaction in PayPal, all of them will (misleadingly, IMHO) say "may be eligible for Seller Protection), but if you scroll down a little bit, you'll see " (The sender of this payment is Non-US – Unregistered), whereas if they have logged into a PayPal account to pay, thus triggering a normal notification, you'll see (The sender of this payment is Non-US Verified).

Just checked one of mine and I couldn't get anything to happen with that big blue button either. I even right clicked to see if I could open in a new window/tab and it gave the same right click menu that you'd get if you right clicked anywhere on the page. I can still get it to work on the seller page though, next to the sold item in the drop down.

I just did a combined postage invoice - and it's back to the old format! Yay. I could preview the invoice before sending, and all looked OK.
But then after sending, I always print a copy of the invoice and this was the message I got when I clicked View Order Details:
The following critical errors have occurred. UNABLE_TO_GET_DATA_FROM_SERVICE
So I went to the Sold page and opened the Order Details from there, and noticed that the postage was now showing in US$. And the printable version of the page still shows the mess of overlapping text across the top.

Not sure if this will help anyone but it's helping me - messy but it works
When I get a multiple item order (happens a lot with seeds) I have been clicking on 'Print Postage Label' this shows all the items purchased - print page 1 - then go back to the printing out of the invoice as usual.
Personally I don't like anyone knowing my personal details (live on my own in the middle of no-where) so have been cutting out the part of the postage thingy that just shows the items bought and am taping it to the so called invoice. Hopefully they will fix this disaster soon.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful long weekend :))
