New condition options automatically changed, did I miss something?

I have a very unhappy buyer who bought a NWT purse when listed because Condition said New in Box. None of my purses come in a box BUT condition shows New in Box. When previously I had it as New with Tags. All my listings, in all categories have Condition changed, same category items have differing ones i.e. New, New without box etc etc despite previously being all the same Condition. Did I miss a message from Ebay warning me?

I don't know when it came in - but these are the new conditions for women's bags:   so ebay changed your listings to comply

I had a few NWT bags & purses that had NEW only. I also have it on other Category items. As I have found out today while listing. New with Box is only option with my New with Tags or New without Tags for kitchen stuff like Butter storer which is still in plastic seal & cardboard cover but no actual tag. I tried putting a note on bottom of description with bulk editing but it refused. Frustrating but going to have live with it I guess.
