Pick up code

Hi, I’ve sold two items using local pick up - one paid cash the other paid via PayPal. Both say they did not get any Pick up Code so I can’t close out the sales, and one I have not received funds for yet. Any clues how to resolve?

Sellers cheating 'search by price'

Anyone else infuriated by the way sellers will group an expensive item with a cheaper item to rig the search results?ie. I'm selling a thing for $50 but I'll include a sticker or other garbage for $5 so my item appears at the top as $5-$50.
