Hi, I'm using ebay for a while now still it's my first time selling an item. I just not quite understand exactly about the selling fee. Since this month I'm gonna sell couple of my lens which should cost over 10kAU above the monthly limit. I understand that I will need to pay fee for each item however, my question is after this month will ebay gonna charge me automaticly even though I'm not gonna sell anything else after this (I assume that Ebay will state me as an Ebay store, is that right?) Thanks!

to be classified as a store, you have to physically open one up. Not all sellers on eBay have stores, nor is it a requirement to trade here.
Just in case you want to open a store, here is some information
If this is your selling account (kaninsexy), being so new, you will probably have some selling restrictions placed on your account. These will likely include a limited number of items that you may list (usually 100 regardless of any special offers which may offer you more) and a maximum dollar value for the entire month (not per item) (generally $7,500)
This means that if I am reading your OP correctly and the items that you intend to list are valued at $10,000 each, it is very unlikely that you will be able to list them until you have an established reputation and can apply to have your selling limits increased.
On a basic account, you get to list 40 items for free every month, but be careful because this applies only to basic listings and not optional extras such as subtitles which do incur a fee.
Yes, you will have to pay a final value fee on anything that you do sell, the price of which is a percentage of sales which varies between different categories. This is invoiced on a monthly basis and automatically deducted from your chosen method of payment.
If you do not have a store, there are no ongoing fees from month to month if you do not sell anything, subscribe to things with charges or list things with additional featureas to what is included for free.

oops, I should also clarify, that the 40 free listings on the basic accounts are for auction items, there is a fee to list your items as a Buy It Now. (BIN)
Most auctions can run for a maximum of 10 days, whereas in a store, you an select to list your BIN's for up to 30 days or "Good 'Til Cancelled" which means that anything unsold at month end will be automatically relisted on your behalf (and related fees will be charged) so be careful of the GTC listings as if you list 80 items and then your GTC's relist, you will exceed your "free" limmit and be charged accordingly.

Thanks. Still, is there a way to rise my limit without have to be experience seller first.
Probably not. You could try ringing eBay and asking, but I am reasonably positive that they will not budge on this.
When I tried to open up a new selling account earlier this year, the selling restrictions were imposed on that account, however, I was able to contact eBay and direct them to two of my long running high feedback selling accounts, so they linked the accounts and did raise my limits on my new account, but not to the same levels as my other accounts, but sufficient for what I required.

also note that if you do open a store, you will be charged a fee on an ongoing monthly basis whilstever the store remains "open", regardless of whether you have anythng listed for sale in it or not.
Additionally, the opening of a store does not circumvent any selling restrictions imposed on your account.
For example, I am limited to listing 5,000 items in the store I opened up earlier this year, but at the moment there is a promotion being offered where store owners can have up to 10,000 free listings. As my selling liits on that account are 5000 listings, this is all I am eligible to list. I cannot use all 10,000 tht are on offer.
This also applies to non store accounts. a few weeks ago we were offered 200 free listings on some accounts, but members with lower listing limits could only use up to the amount their limits allowed, so in many cases, the 40 that are inclusive with the account and an additional 60 of the 200 on offer.

You may actually be better off opening a store to sell those items - it depends on their value and it's not quite clear to me if you mean their sale prices will take you over the current limits, or their combined value is over $10k.
But just in case, technology items over $200 have a 5% FVF with a basic store, compared to 9.9% without a store. Even with the $20 store fee, it could be worth it for just one or two items if they'll sell for high enough (and without sitting around for months accumulating the store fee).
For example, a $1000 tech gadget will cost $99 in FVF without a store, and $50 with a store plus at least one month's store fee of $19.95, so you'd still be $20 better off.
