No Option to Print Postage Label for eBay Flat Rate Satchel due to buyer's eBay account

Hi folks,

I was wondering if anyone has had this trouble with eBay before.

I've got an eBayer buyer who's registered with an international eBay account. They live in Australia with an Australian address. Normally I'm able to just click on Print Postage Label, but all I get is to "Mark as Sent".

Basically, all I want to do is Print Off the eBay flat rate label. Any ideas?

Any pointers would be much appreciated. If all else fails, I guess I don't mind doing the regular AusPost's flat rate. I was going to do the 3kg satchel.

Cheers,

Ashley

What address did they use in checkout/Paypal? If it was the international address then not only will you not be able to use the ebay labels you will have no seller protection. If they used an Aussie address I don't know why you should be unable to use ebay labels but if it turns out you can't then it is often cheaper to use ordinary parcel rather than an AP prepaid 3kg satchel depending on the size, weight ratio.

phorum_junkie* Thank you for the help!

They've used a NSW address, so it still baffles me why that nice little blue button won't appear on their order. Oh well! I'll just resort to Click & Send. We've got an AP contract, but the eBay rates are slightly cheaper by 5 cents.

We sell cloth nappies, so usually flat rate satchels work out to be cheaper for us due to the CBM always putting us in the next weight category rather than the actual weight, unless they live in the same state as us.

We'll eventually get there with AP and a better contract rate.

Thanks again! I appreciate the time you've taken to respond back.

Have a great weekend!

Cheers,
Ashley
