No contact from buyer

How do I relist after I canceled buyers bid

its saying I’ve got to wait for them to accept cancellation. I’ve had no contact from this person that’s why I canceled why should I have to wait

Is it the Tow Truck ?   eBay gives the buyer 4 days to complete a sale, then if payment hasn't been made you need to go through the process in the link below so that you can get your fees back and then relist.
