Hello! I'm an irregular eBayer, so I'm just curious that out of the five items I sold the other week, only one has given feedback (and she was a pickup so maybe that's why?).
The other four paid within one day, I sent everything within the next day, everything has been delivered, I left them all positive feedback, and yet I get no love in return?? 😞
On one hand I know I should consider myself lucky that everything got there and no-one's unhappy... but on the other hand I'm not a big seller, so feedback is valuable to my prospective buyers that I'm one of the good guys.
Just curious, more than anything, if this is quite common/normal? Should I contact them and ensure everything is okay, or just let sleeping buyers sleep?

Ha! I just checked their feedback for others... and sure enough, as someone suggested, they are just all slack and haven't left feedback for anyone for a month or much more.

You may be right Chezzy, but a lot of buyers just don't think to leave FB - unless of course there is a problem.
The old story, how often do you tell someone off for doing the wrong thing ? and forget to praise them for doing the right thing ?
