Hello all.
Ever since I started selling on eBay, which was a long time ago, they would send an email when I sold something.
However, over the past few days, starting last Thursday, I stopped getting sold emails from them.
I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem, or was it just me?
Whilst I can still look up the details of sold items on my eBay sales record, the email from them was a useful reminder that something had just sold.

Several people posted about the same issue in early June
I don't know if it is the 'same issue' back again, or the same issue ongoing, or not related at all

Yesterday and today not getting PAID emails or SOLD emails. Ongoing issue really.

For today add "Not getting requests for combined purchases" - have to find them in My Messages. Am getting normal messages though. Just nothing related to sales. Weird.

I had the same problem which lasted for several weeks. I didn't get any notifications at all from eBay and only discovered that I had sold something which had been paid for when I thought to check my sold items. After a period of time the notifications started appearing again. I couldn't find any solutions on eBay forums and I don't know whether I fixedthe problem myself when fiddling with Thunderbird or my ISP. My ISP told me that it was an eBay problem.

It will be annoying if it lasts for several weeks. Not getting Saved Search notifications either. Or Payout Sent notices. Happening on PC Windows 10 Thunderbird; laptop Outlook; and iPhone. Provider Telstra. Pretty sure it is not me. Feels like it is anything generated direct from eBay, while member to member messages, questions are still getting through.

The problem should rectify itself in time. Most likely an update has gone out to email inbox spam filters with directives to block eBay's emails, either by keywords combination in the subjects or content, or originating IP address or someone sending emails pretending to be eBay has caused it, etc.
If you use Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, etc, then you'll have to wait for the blacklist to be updated and an update to be issued and the fix installed.

Or...
Certainly with Gmail, you check your spam folder, mark as not spam. For me that generally fixes the issue.
