can anyone tell me, when you open a non payer dispute , after that has opened, can the non payer leave a negative feedback in spite? have to open a dispute to claim fees.
If they make payment yes. If it goes unpaid they can not leave feedback, however some feedback does slip through occassionaly and I am pretty sure ebay would remove it if that was the case.
