Ebay is severely broken as a selling tool.
Almost 40% of my listings end with a non paying bidder.
As a seller I can't leave negative feedback and non paid item strikes act as no detternt to these people. Im hard pressed trying to see where these strikes appear on their profiles anyway. Lots of buyers never leave feedback anyway so the whole system is a joke.
Unpaid item cases mean that my item is lost in the void for eight days whilst a case is open. 99% of these end in non payment.
Im loosing money as by the time the case is resolved. the second highest bidder has usually bought a simlair item somewhere else.
I know Ebay has to look after buyers, but without equal treatment for sellers. There will be no items for anyone to purchase.

it seems we agree that we do not not like it when a buyer does not pay.
You repeatedly ask others for Yes or No answers, but don't give a Yes/No answer when I ask you a question. So here's another Q for you joe, Yes or No only please . . . . Is "ayaaaaaaaaaaa" the noise you make when you sit on a fence? Yes or No only please . . . . LOL

I once had a non-payer.
joe, so you wont be reporting me (and others) for naming a website in our posts as it is not a commercial site? Yes or No only please . . . . LOL

One of my last "sale" was a non paying bidder,(so I just went through the dispute and got my fees back).
It's just not worth it at present to list items on this ID,

tazz, why do you say that ?
Once I sold the Westerns and Commando comics the views and watchers on my items dropped like a brick,(
some items weren't getting more than 3 views).
Ever since they mucked around with the categories my sales have slumped.
Making a couple of dollars per item was fine when they were turning over on a regular basis,(but not now when
they don't even sell after the 3 re-lists).
So I've stopped selling on this account,(might just keep it as my buying account and for the boards),

Thankfully the last few disputes I opened, they paid not long after. Sometimes I think some just get caught up doing other things and forget and when they get that email saying an unpaid dispute has been opened, it puts the fear of God into them.
My last at least 10 sales were on items that only had between 1 and 3 page views. I rarely get more than 10 page views on an item. Last cycle (as in before the auto relists happened after the last 100 freebie promotion), one had 39 page views which is unheard of for me. It auto relisted! I sell in the collectables category (which they've been playing with) and hoping that with Christmas coming up things might pick up. I'm not holding my breath though!
