Am I the only one?
Saw a promotion about listing on eBay, it's still there: https://pages.ebay.com.au/promo/2024/listtobuy/ basically it's saying that if I listed items on eBay I can get vouchers:
4. Conditions.
This offer entitles:
a) Eligible Customers who have listed one or two items to $20 off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding postage costs) when they spend $60 or more (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items in one transaction; or
b) Eligible Customers who have listed three or four items to $30 off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding postage costs) when they spend $100 or more (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items in one transaction; or
c) Eligible Customers who have listed five or more items to $50 off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding postage costs) when they spend $150 or more (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items in one transaction.
Multiple items may be purchased in one transaction per person, including canceled transactions as set out in the Cancellations clause below (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction).
I listed one item on 12/1/25 which as sold later. According to the description I should be able to get the $20 voucher. It's now about 2 months I'm still seeing nothing...
Have contacted eBay online help for a few times, and was told that a trouble ticket or two were created and escalated but it's been about 2 weeks after that, no progress.

There is a minimum spend required.
Not sure whether it the seller or the buyer, but either way a single $20 transaction would appear not to qualify

The problem is the voucher is not showing up in my account, not that I saw it but it didn't apply when I placed orders

Maybe because you didn't qualify, as I hinted earlier

Then what does 'minimum spend' you said refer to

As per the conditions in your OP, to get the $20 voucher you need to spend $60 or more (excluding postage) on eligible items in one transaction.
I had no issues redeeming the $50 voucher myself, but the item I purchased satisfied the $150 minimum spend requirement.
The voucher appeared during checkout in the form of a yellow banner "Take $50 off the price of this item"... once clicked, it applied the voucher code to the transaction and the total payable was reduced by $50. I was wondering why I was given the $50 discount, now I know 😃
It looks as though you may be expecting to receive your voucher in a message... based on my personal experience with this particular promotion, that's not going to happen.

Thanks for your reply. The page was saying:
"6. Redemption. Coupons will be issued to Eligible Customers from 20th January 2025 by email. To redeem this offer, Eligible Customers will need to enter the voucher code into the redemption code box during checkout when purchasing an item or items. ..."
So I think if they didn't alter it in some way, an email containing the voucher should be the way of getting it. Of course they may add other smarter ways of applying it like your experience.
My problem is I didn't receive the email and was never told that it was there. If I've been given the voucher they should be able to quickly figure it out, rather than telling me they're having technical issues, raising a escalation tickets etc.
Anyway, I received it eventually, just a few hours ago.
