Further to what Kopes said, unless all those 10 feedback are from different buyers, they won't show yet, even if they did all leave stars. They have to be left by 10 separate buyers as multiple purchases only count as one.

It's just ridiculous, isn't it? They imply in the policies that a single buyer can only leave you one defect, but they mince their words because that buyer can leave multiples due to multiple transactions. To read over it, you would assume that they can only give you one. It's only the fine print that tells you it means one per transaction and each item bought is one transaction, even if all paid at the same time.
I don't think eBay will be happy until there are no sellers left at all. Then they can fluff all their buyers precious ego's and tell them how wonderful they are and what an amazing buying experience they will have now.
It's all about the buyers. Well, they can have their amazing buying experience when there are no sellers left! They will certainly be hassle free transactions and no chance of INAD and INR's!

I'm now doing the major proportion of my overseas purchases through AliExpress and by dealing directly with the wholesalers in most cases, the prices simply can't be beaten. For example, an item I wanted to buy was available from local sellers for between $44 and $86. I bought the very same item from the wholesaler on AliExpress for just $19 with free shipping via China Post..
Furthermore, because it's a popular item, I decided to buy 2 of them and sell the other one on eBay for the same price as the cheapest local seller, which ultimately means that not only do I get the item I wanted for nothing, I'll even make a small profit on the extra one.
The average delivery time for free shipping is around 2 weeks, or if I want it urgently, I can pay an extra $12 and have it in 3 days, and it's still $13 cheaper than the local seller and gets here a day or two sooner. So thank you for treating me like carp eBay, because I'd never have bothered looking elsewhere otherwise.

eBay does appear on those shows. Whether they are paid or unpaid advertisements, I don't know.
