Austria buyer has no paypal or credit card and wants to pay using paying with transfer form. what is this what do I tick for payment options and what are the downsides? thanks
Hi - doesn't sound like it! its a fabric item starting at $20.95 bid. is it several dollars fee or is the fee based on %. thanks I had no idea what they were asking about - last email I suggested they ask a friend or family member to make payment for them by paypal.
I would refuse an international transfer/draft. I had one before for a grand total of $17, at the end after all the fees I received like $5. It is simply not worth it.
It is not a %, it is their bank charging for the international transaction, then your bank taking a set dollar amount. There are probably 'intermediaries' along the way also taking their share. Steer clear as you will make a lose.
