Buyer has item but won't pay.

I stupidly sent off the item before the buyer had payed.Now I've had to start an unpayed item case. If the buyer still refuses to pay, how's it going to pan out? Will I lose the item and my money ($455.00)?

More than one selling ID

If you have more than one selling ID do you have to have a new email and new paypal account each time?? Im thinking about opening another selling ID but it seems I cannot link it to an email/paypal account I already use on EB??

Additional return policy details not displaying

Does anyone know where the Additional return policy details show up? When I look under Postage and Payments > Return Policy on my listings the text I entered is not there, only the options I selected from the drop downs such as 30 days after the buye...

Why have you changed the selling process? It now looks aweful and makes for a far worse looking ad!

My add looks rubbish... and it's primarily because the new format for putting an add up doesn't reveal all the options for centring and colouring an add. It has also completly stuffed the line spacing. I'm rather puzzled at the huge step backwards. H...

Photo uploaders

What is happening to the photo uploader? I cannot even get the Standard one now only Basic which is next to useless. Have to keep on altering compatability mode in IE11, otherwise Ebay is pretty much frozen on me. Is this Ebay or IE11 anyone know????
