Recently, 1, then a couple more of my customers are putting together an order then requesting an invoice to have the postage adjusted. When the invoice request arrives, 1 or more of the items in the order are not showing, and the sent invoice is minus all the items ordered. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried the AI chat person with no results.
