I have not been paid for two separate items in Australia. How do I email eBay to get problems sorted.

You look as if you are a fairly experienced buyer and seller on ebay, but as far as I can see, you haven't sold a lot over the last few months to a year.
I think ebay would class you as a 'new' seller in that case and there could be a hold on your funds for 30 days.
From your record, I assume you must be signed up for managed payments, so I think it is just the hold on funds that is in play.
There isn't much you can do about it except wait it out and the funds will be available after that period.
If you sell things steadily, the hold on funds is eventually lifted, but when someone only sells occasionally, they are classed as a 'new seller' and face this hold even if they have been on ebay for many years and sold before.

are you saying buyers have not paid and you want eBay's help?
OR,
they have paid, but eBay have not deposited the funds into your account?
Each situation requires a different response.

Given the numerous times the OP has left non-payers big green ticks and comments they did not pay
