Hi all.
I sold a PVR record ( to record tv and watch movies etc) - I went to grerat lenghts to help the the guy who bought it - even spoken on the phone - however it utrned out he really wanted to try to do is priate movies off his Foxtel ( Cable TV) unit.t... hen he worked dout he couldnt - he wanted a refund and we had a Payupal isue which I ended up winning. He wa squite nasty....
So once he lost he dispute, and wasnt getting his refund ( I would have probably givien it to him if he want so nasty and undernanded) he left negative AND falce feedback - I have lodged a clain with the powers a Ebay.. I am quite peeved off actually. seems a bit of a rorte.
HOWEVER - I lef thim positive feedback as initially he was quite nice.
Well. I find it distasteful that I lef thim positive feedback, went out of my way to help the guy , and then like a spoilt child wanting to keep thj eunit and get a refund mind you ( which it was not designed to do) - he went to Paypal (and lost) - How do I remove MY positive feedback I left for this @#$%-bag ?
I fee dirty knowing he has my positive feedback ...

This is such a terrible thing to happen, and it can test your trust for customers in future.
I myself learnt the hard way and from now on, as a seller, i actually won't 't leave feedback until i have recived it.
At first i just did it without explaining, then i had a customer who actually thretened that if i didn't leave feedback first i would get reported, so i did just to get him to stop hasstling me, and he never left me feedback. So from now on i send a little thank you that explains that feedback is left once it is received. That way i feel it's fair game.

I leave feedback as soon as I post. As buyer feedback is only a count of how many items get feedback left I consider it irrelevant. But buyers seem to like it.
