Can I relist items if buyer doesn't pickup as arranged + with no further contact? Not go thru Ebay?

Don't really want to open a dispute with member as I have recently noticed that he is receiving negative feedback. Can I just go ahead and relist the items...

maybe contact buyer and ask to agree to cancelle sale that way you will get your fv fees returned.

to cover yourself. I would if no contact lodge non payment and wait the 4 days although it is a pain that way buyer cant come back at you and leave negitive feedback.

Do yourself and other sellers a favour by opening an Unpaid Item Case against this buyer. After 4 days you can close the case (if he still hasn't paid) - eBay will refund your Final Value Fees, the buyer will get a well deserved strike and will be unable to leave feedback. Then you are free to relist.

It is important to go through this process as most sellers have their preferences set to block buyers with 2 or more strikes against their name. If you don't do this then eBay have no way of knowing that the sale hasn't gone through - they will charge you FVF's and the buyer will still be able to waste another seller's time.

Was it a pay on pick up item, if so ebay may look dimmly on you if you raise a Non Paying Buyer dispute. How could ebay possibly know if the buyer didnt turn up. If it is a pay on pick up, then, either way the buyer has a right to simply walk away from the sale if they dont like the item.

Why?

If the buyer hasn't paid, why would eBay have issues with the seller raising a dispute? Or do you think they should just wear the FVF?
